curious need help the logintool piece cant login with it ne ideas it loads then loads and loads but dont come up ne ideas?

someone would like to help me as to why i cannot run my logintool i have the right cilent deadfront_2910 and right patch as well install both of them etc and put my logintool into my folder when i try to load my logintool it wont load i have noticed on someones screenshot that there is 1 server for where u can log into mine seems 2 be diffrent need help plz
