To simplify it very simple:
There is in your Privacy settings of Windows a option to track your opened applications.
If you have this feature enabled, it will safe all starts of your applications.exe files by name and probably by crc (hash) as well and store it in a log file (registry). So Riot can easily check if you started loader XYZ.exe

ye and ls reponse to that instead of cleaning registry is to make mandatory to disable that XD

Our loader force disables it. Disabling it clears those entries. Why do you even talk?

This is also valid for most platforms like LS honestly, getting banned can simply not be related to the platform flagging you
