Any reinforce affects both defence and offence(atack) of character. How I do know this? When I wear armor set on my STR glaive char, I hit like a truck. When I switch to Garment set, i hit like a pony.

Dude the examples you're giving are irrelevant to the statement you just made.

You're comparing two nukers against each other, one has more defensive reinforce, the other has less on the same page. Of course the one who has more reinforce will win.

You wear any npc set and nuke a monster without any int blues on. You'll hit the same damage no matter what even when you're completely naked.

I mean if you would be right, the entire silkroad community including myself would be considered highly retarded to wear garments on almost every STR characters.

Reinforces on wpns affect ur phy mag attack power.
Reinforces on armor, prot, garm, shield affect ur phy mag defence.

Reinforce on your set or on your weapon, will always affect your damage-defence. It is two sided sword!

The reinforce on your garment set will not influence your OWN damage, it will only influence the damage that your enemy does to you

Example: use a garment set and nuke a mangyang and then use a armor set and nuke a mangyang (same blues on both sets)
-> damage is the same
