When I launch Midnight, GW2 crash instantly.

Just got my login info. Teleport does not work. on V1 or V2. Already have map on 100% main thing i wanted was no death and teleport neither of which is working? Do I have to hold a key while I click or what?

edit: hotkey for tele got it. And the place i use antideath now just throws me underground into the water
