if you get C9 error it either means:
1. your internet bandwidth is being use to its max
2. the server you are connecting to is down or is full
3. your host file has more stuff under the 127.0.0.1 localhost line. go to C:/windows/system32/etc and open host in notepad. delete anything that is under 127.0.0.1 localhost

dood ONLY SET IT UP LIKE THAT IF YOU A_R_E USING THE NUBOT. IF NOT THEN DO-NOT-DO-THIS. If you are NOT using the NUBOT then only have 127.0.0.1 localhost in your host file
