Bought this yesterday. Had some troubles with it, still having troubles with it. Support has been next to none existent I just get a copy & paste reply.
Done everything in the TUT text document. Was even told to install under a NEW IP even though it says that nowhere at all. So even done that with my VPN and still stuck at 350ms ping search. Asked again what else I needed to do got blanked.

Don't waste your breath or time with this, the support and help is just right out the window doesn't work with anything still stuck on the same search block.
