They do hwid bans, you need only spoofer to bypass this. VPN or change ip for this game not need.

IP change is need because of private server admin use CFTOOLS

Yes correct but they cant HWID ban you. so for EAC need only hwid spoofer but i always recommend use good vpn to more safety.
