Anyone with "Unknown error occurred. Waiting 10 seconds to continue" I have a solve.
2 things that worked for me:
1. Don't use google accounts (try not to) use PTC, this worked for me.
2. Don't use wifi, use cellular connection. This made a huge difference for me, whenever I used wifi it just said "Unknown error occurred. Waiting 10 seconds to continue" and never collected anything. I noticed it worked when I went out of my house, and realized that it only works on cellular connection.
