Prices must be off then. With EA's update that makes the default BIN the highest possible price, you won't find many deals BIN sniping. You would be better off using all the features of the app. By default, it bids AND BIN snipes.

If it happens on the webapp, it's likely a temporary ban on listing players. Try to emulate iOS or Android. They only ban one platform at a time.

Thanks for the positive review! You are correct in your assumption about max players. It is the maximum number of players you can have listed at once. If somebody sells, it will buy another one to replace it.

Consumables is on my radar, but I'm working on refining players first. Getting search functionality in for consumables is going to be a lot harder and I'm making decent enough profit on players. There are also a lot less types of consumables so that market is probably already flooded with other ABs. If it's not yet, it will be as soon as I release the feature on my free AB ;)
