I appreciate the kind words. I do realize that tickets take us up to a few days to answer to now, as opposed to a few hours, because we're super busy working on the 1st of august updates, which there are a lot of, but this will go back to normal very soon. However, I see no unanswered tickets right now, except for the custom costumes requests which are already being included in the new client straight away.Quote:
Haven't played on it for a while still deserves a bump though since admin is listening to ppl and actually allows freedom of speech unlike certain servers around here lol. I am just not really satisfied with the ticket support. Taking way too long and I haven't had a reply yet but will see.
