i have a windows 7 64 bit and i did retry but dosn't work the hack dosn't pop up

why when i open the vcredist arm.exe file it says that is not a valid win32 application?

i have a windows 7 64bit

I downloaded the requirements but it still not appearing is this a problem in my win ? because i must put the dll needed files in the same folder that the hack in it as i have it and it doesn't appear any more

Did you put all the files in S4 folder ?

I put all the files on the s4 league folder and run as admin and still no pop up please answer me
