npc.get_level() function solved in source code. Didnt test if it works cause i got some qc problems

WEAPON_MOUNT_SPEAR = die Haltung der 2Handwaffe wenn man auf dem Pferd/Mount sitzt. (z.b Wird der Grolli so gehalten als ob es ein Schwert sei/oder garnichts in der hand hat) Diese Lanze die man so in der Hand hält als ob man keine Waffe anhat ist halt diese Kopie von der Funktion mit dem Mount.
