Easy men ! I use CP to buy chaos set in master class in Port Of Wind , there have chaos set lvl 70 that not sell in cash shop ! You don't need to buy monster card because when you make you weapon +30 , you will be very powerful no need to lvl up skill more ! Sorry my bad english ! :)

The reason you have lagg is because the server is hosted for thai people only. You need to use a free vpn or buy a vpn so you get less lagg.

what is your internet connection speed and what server you connect to ?

I'm afraid there is none english version of this server, unless the admin itself make it, which won't happen. I know it sucks but you have to deal with it.
