i connect > login > but when it comes to character select it shows no characters i tried diffrent accounts and diffrent windows 7/8 but still has the same problem

iam getting an error " Unhandled exception has occured in your application. if you click continue, the application will ignore this error and attempt to continue. if you click quit the application will close immediately.
Input string was not in a correct format"
