this is probaply because your antivirus is removing out. Try unpacking the files without antivirus on

There is 25 networks, try alot of all of them.. And for when ur dekaron wont open. Try to open mozilla, then open dekaron. Have 2 tabs on mozilla and go back on there and just go from 1 tab to the other and it should open..
