As bone said its not a resrructuring of the sys but the ppl in it. UG doesnt make sense as it is w. ppl like me dan ulti etc getting kicked out while someone like mio is in... its nothing personal but they simply dont deserve to be in therr... nobody even recd them they got in cus they goy mod in co...

Pretty sure your in the least suitable position to be a leader bone, its between inf or ulti as far as im concerned. Just so long as .Mio goes, the leader is made a moderator of the underground and moderators of the co section dont automatically qualify for entry then i'll be happy.

I was clarifying what luke was saying about restructing the level 2 section, as there was all this discussion about re-introducing levels, which obvs isnt what people meant but had to say something so that it was clear for admins.

The least suitable person would be the one trying to stifle community development so I'm sorry but that title would not fall upon me. I do agree with the rest of what you mention though.

I would say the least suitable person is the one who has no real knowledge about the community currently, no real knowledge about who has ability within the community, no real knowledge about existing coding techniques used within the community and no real knowledge of what is currently available to the community.

A leader of the underground is going to need to know all of that, nevermind trying to determine what should and shouldnt be released to the public.

Cool. And I'm sure you are the master of all right? Sorry but I've been around here just as long as you have and while I might have been in and out as of late, I'm still here and willing to help ensure the continued growth of this community (HENCE THIS THREAD) while you have, this entire thread, told me how it was a waste of time, pointless, useless, and nothing will ever change or happen. Now that 2 admins have come in here and said they are reading you have quickly changed your tactics from "this thread is useless and nothing will happen" to "as long as you aren't made leader". You further prove your point to not wanting to further this community.

Just saying that there is the option of multiple leaders. Depending on the situation, that might work out, too. Thought I should throw that in.

That'd be ideal for a few reasons. Letting one person have the say in everything would not be conducive to a friendly environment (checks and balances come to mind) and should one not be available for some period of time there would be other(s).

No i still believe that even with the changes that may be made the changes you wanted at the start (completely open sharing of everything) wont happen.

And no i dont believe im the one to leader the UG, maybe a couple of years ago yes, but not any more, i dont have the time or mentality any more.

And no i believe ulti or inf are in better positions, both are drastically better than yourself in the areas i listed as well as wanting to improve the community. I never said "as long as you aren't made leader" unless you can quote me on that? Which is another reason why you arnt suitable in my opinion, you just dont appear to have the mentality to be able to lead, just as i dont believe i have the mentality to lead any more.

This thread should be more than enough evidence to rule both of us out.

You saying I am in the least suitable position is you saying I shouldn't be. Or is it not? You seem to be ok with any other suggestion really, except mine. But let's not forget this entire thread's a waste of time and this community's perfectly fine as is.. least according to you.

I'd be ok with holding one of the leader positions if that's what everyone agrees to. I'm not going to say "I'll do a better job than x" or any of that sort of stuff. I think out of everyone though Ultimation deserves to be one of those leaders as an active member in CO2 who's definitely proved himself time and time again as being quite capable.
