When the submit button doesn't work it seems to be a problem with the used flash version
Also there are 3 other domain checks in different as-files.
The check is often: is current level equal to or greater 3 - i changed it to 15 so the nasty popups are gone.

It looks like, that you can use your local registred save-file in the online version. The robokill2.sol can be found in %USERPROFILE%\Application Data\Macromedia\Flash Player\#SharedObjects\....\Localhost or #localWithNet and copy it to the folder
