Can anyone confirm this?

yeah, it works. It opens the web version in a browser for some reason though every time the map is opened, although only in the last couple levels. It's weird, and kind of annoying, but other than that it's fine.

So, thanks. :)

Using the original WPE method on robokill2 works as well.

For the sake of simplicity, the below can be used verbatim; it's just using 'TEST' (all caps) for e-mail.

Search data (Start at offset 001)
54 45 53 54 20 68 61 73 20 6E 6F 74 20 70 75 72 63 68 61 73 65 64 20 74 68 65 20 67 61 6D 65 21

Make sure the last byte is at offset 032. If not, you missed/added some.

Modify data (start at Offset -004)
35 0D 0A 56 61 6C 69 64 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00

Now the modify data isn't perfect; but it still validated. If you stop the zeros at offset +26 (assuming you're using TEST and not your own e-mail) you should be fine. It failed when I accidentally left too many.

I can not get it to work for the life of me. I use that link that Maximus has to check to see if the emails are Valid and it says they are but the game never registers it. There has been some hangs when I first tried, but now it just keeps saying there is an Error.

@nopbakiller nice tut

When the submit button doesn't work it seems to be a problem with the used flash version

Also there are 3 other domain checks in different as-files.
The check is often: is current level equal to or greater 3 - i changed it to 15 so the nasty popups are gone.

Check found in GameLevel.as
Code:
search for:
24030fac0000

replace with:
240f0fac0000
Check found in Map.as
Code:
search for:
24030fa00000

replace with:
240f0fa00000
Check found in MainScene.as
Code:
search for:
24030f830000

replace with:
240f0f830000
It looks like, that you can use your local registred save-file in the online version. The robokill2.sol can be found in %USERPROFILE%\Application Data\Macromedia\Flash Player\#SharedObjects\....\Localhost or #localWithNet and copy it to the folder [Only registered and activated users can see links. Im confused on how to attach WPE Pro to my Browser (FireFox), I need help!
03/02/2010 22:35 MrJBlacc#252
Well I followed the guide using my personal e-mail adress, however I couldn't get it to work that way. Then I used a 4 letter word in sted of an e-mail adress to simplify this. Now when I go to [Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...] I do get the word 'Valid' on screen. I would asume this means that I can use this word to login.
However, when I do try to login, I get the same message again that there was an error unlocking with your e-mail adress (sprechen sie english?).

Anyone know what I could be doing wrong?

ok, ive done it about 50 times, and check each time. mcafee is disabled, got all the #s down right. But when i start it, it brings up the 'There was an error..." crap. i think they probably blocked it, can someone check? and 2, ive used two emails, noone worked.
03/04/2010 23:46 Malehizen#254
ok... windows 7 called it a trojan and removed it... is there a way to activate it without it being it being removed... and how many characters in 133 bytes or whatever
