[Guide] Setting up a server based on VSRO server files

i collect all client (connection) problems and bugs in game ,,
and tomorrow will release patch 2 and Explain with Fix some problems cuz i'm verry tierd today and need to sleep :D

i creat a new account with sec_primary = 3,sec_content = 3

Login in game

Creat Character

But error ( S1030 )

[Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...]

If ( sec_primary = 1,sec_content = 1 ) and = Account GM then Creat new character OK

Why?

Plz help me

btw. my "ini" is good ;/

Anybody know how to fix "Requesting user confirmation error" ? I only have Jangan set to 1 , but i don't think that's the problem as we should be able to enable or disable regions.
Any ideas?
