i have a question, where am i supposed to put this

Make sure you have permissions on 0 for making a new character, and if your permissions are at 1 make sure you have an character in the character database with the same UID!!

Do you know C++?
Do you know 3d Modelling?
Can you speak english proper?

If none of these is on your list, then forget coding an OS and a MMORPG.

Make sure you're typing the same IP in Settings.txt ( Source side ) and LoaderSet.ini ( Client side )
