Don't work anymore ... "failed to fetch account"

most of the time it'll just connect to the main server but never log in. then the rest it'll just search for a game then reopen itself when it times out.

Yes, actually i have 8 VM loaded but no one game start.

The beta website initially worked well. I also now use the new bot for about a week with no problem
But in the last 6-7 days, the server was up about 7-8 hours per day. Sometimes even less.
What probably annoys most users, is that there is no news for quite some time, except for the last advertisements of 25 April.

Now at least there is this thread to discuss.
We can only wait for news from Valonia.

I dont even get why they took down the old site when the new one is not even complete or bug free.
seems to me they just wanted more money and fucked up

Keep calm guy.
If he just wanted to keep the money he received, he would not waste any time to continue to develop the bot.
Maybe he did not expect all these problems, but i think he's working to make it more stable.

Yeah, it was up earlier this morning before I went to bed, working great. I think it's his server getting overloaded? This has happened at least twice maybe three times now over the pass 2 to 3 days. They bots will login and start working really late at night for me. Which today it was around 4AM my time - which is around 9AM his time, the time he'd wake up for the day most likely. I'm assuming he probably looked at his server, noticed it was fucked, rebooted it, and then it was fine, until it gets a little overloaded a few hours later and goes down again. Watch, it'll probably happen again today.

Tried to make an account and the activation link didn't work. Now I can't log in because it requires me to activate my account.

Alright at first the support were great, but now he doesn't answer after 2 week. Are we able to get refund from paypal after 4-5 month of this? I bought a lifetime account, and it not even half a year yet. Waste so much electricity to turn this bot on at night, and end up CONNECTED TO MAIN SERVER till the morning. I don't mind waiting, but he doesn't care about his customer after collection all the money.

You can make refund after 2 months max, I dont think he go to scam customers just is classic LolNyx dev never talk and never update info i think he working on something, Yesterday he move the beta site to main site so dunno...

He used to help us out, but ignored since the beta. At least put a line of text on the site telling us he having problem to calm us down, so we don't have to turn bot on and wait for miracle. :confused:. Oh well, I guess I'll wait and see.

Communication is the key... If he said "Sorry guys, I have some problems but I'm working on it. There's no ETA atm." I'd be ok with that. But being silent is just making it worse. He improved the bot a lot and I appreciate it, although it's really hard to tolerate this 20h per day downtime without any information.

I think his login server automatically reboots at 9AM his time, my bots are logging in again and playing games... just like clockwork compared to yesterday. I was able to queue bots around 4AM EST (9AM his [valonia's] time).
