We are sorry for the delay.
Here are the changes:
1. Roc mountain added.
2. Max trade capacity changed from 4 starts to 5 starts
3. Trade buying/selling goods gap bug has been completely fixed.
4. Character creating minor bug has been fixed.
5. Increasing Tablets drop rates.
6. Elixirs drop rates has been correctly increased.
7. Global chat level requirement has been used.
8. Other minor fixes.

HGP potions still dont stack and still only purchaseable 1 by 1 ....
