Wrong system, 1st of all. Go download the right version of c++.
2nd, Use R9r. It's less buggy. The only Disadvantage is that you won't be able to change profiles in the half time, lobby...
3rd, to use R9p2 follow the instructions posted by Nya @ front post.

The "Hacking Trial" message is a nasty bug in xtrap by alafaila.
Some pretty regular programs get detected too, like Fraps, Msn, and some Antivirus...
Just try to see which program is conflicting with xtrap and turn it off.
Or go complain to alafaila....

for me the new version is saying Hacking trial Detected...well... hope she/he can make this Inventory Manager
