Element pricing is like that mainly of 2 reasons:
1.It extends the gameplay making the alchemy harder and hardworking and overachievers can realy shine this way.
2.It helps with the inflation in the server.
We've allready said countless times why the prices are like that and we've allready adjusted it once. We want Theta to be a long-term server that is why we've added elements in shop instead of making stones 0% drop from mobs. It reduces the botting making it way more profitable to be active and do trading/participate in other systems instead.
