Well there are many options.

At first there is Ebay, which I would not recommend

Secondly, we have Teamspeak/Skype/Facebook,..., which is not recommendable as well, except with using a middleman

Thirdly there is our forum, ElitePVPers, which i would also go for. BUT, always use a middleman. (I would hardly recommend lennysdope here)

Generally, if you buy/sell an account ALWAYS use a middleman as it is just safer.
