Just a little update for your customers on the whole situation :)
I would
strongly advise against buying anything from
SternClient due to my experience with their service and support.
I purchased their MarvelRivals product on February 4th and was told for
five consecutive days that an update would be released “today.” Unfortunately,
the promised updates never arrived within the stated timeframe.
Today, when I opened Discord, I discovered that I had been banned from their server after expressing my opinion about their
lack of transparency. Instead of acknowledging delays, they repeatedly assure customers that updates are imminent, even though
customers often end up waiting weeks despite having paid significant amounts of money.
This is not my first negative experience with them. Previously, I purchased their BF6 product, which I was never able to use. As a result, I effectively lost $50. Rather than offering a refund, I was told I could use the balance on other products instead. I chose to spend it on their Rivals product - and unfortunately, I have now ended up in the same situation again.

In total, I have lost $50 through these experiences.
Based on what I have observed,
many users appear dissatisfied with their service. There are
frequent complaints in their Discord about
missed update deadlines and poor communication.
Support responses take a very long time, even though
staff members appear to be active online, and explanations for delays often change.
I recommend saving your money and looking elsewhere if you value reliable service and transparent communication.
FYI:
Negative reviews or criticism seem to be removed, and users may risk being banned simply for sharing their honest opinion.
