Skill Spamming with rPE

hi guys...

im having trouble with the spam ds filter ive been fondling with rpe within a day right now
and i cant seem to figure out where to put the speed or ms in the filter like this:

for i := 0 to 10 do // the number how often this packet should be send
begin
sleep(5); // delay you can chhose however you like (time in ms) <<<i dont understand this part where will i put the time in ms thingy
SendPacket(s,CurHex);

put the time u want in the brackets!

ok ms means miliseconds!!! and if u want 5miliseconds put a 5 in tthe brackets! :confused:

but but but i tried it with my hunter and i ds'ed a raydric and it doesnt work.
heres what i did i put a 100 in the bracket and i clicked build and i click the red thingy that says activate custom filter and i ds'ed and nothing happened...

u have to put a very small number in the brackets! 1 ms is 0.001 seconds!

SendPacket(s,CurHex);

it still doesnt work... it said error incompatible yes cardinal and extended O.O

Help with rPE pls....

I have used it in U.S and it works perfectly fine

my settings:
for i := 0 to 300 do // the number how often this packet should be send
begin
sleep(0); // delay you can chhose however you like (time in ms)

but when I am back in Philippines the skills just doing continuosly and then I'll be DC'ed. What may be wrong with it? Please help, I use Meteor Assault, Soul Break or any other skills but I wll get DC because of continuous skill spam
