Conquer Online War Server V3

That server isn't really available right now its under construction.

every other server seems to be down or unconsistent, i really want to play on this server :o this seems the funnest

how i get on private server and will i get reborn 2 and 130?

This server is always having different changes of mind, its off for 2 months its up for a week etc i am not updating this anymore it is dead and may aswell be closed.

but when the server is done being under construction, how frequently will it be up?

I don't think the server itself is available to download. If you're looking to get in game though anything to download should be on their site.

Uhh how do u make a acc? i'm having troubles cause it keeps saying some other stuff not the UserName: or w/e stuff

COWS is now a WoW Private Server from what I can see.
