True Turks/Ro's have a little advantage. BUT Turks and Ro's are the 2 biggest player groups in Metin. So it does make sense to give them this little advantage. I mean it is basically just an early game advantage so who cares?
You might not be able to sell/trade them, but
1) It affects the market as people won't buy them from real players and instead buy vouchers to purchase them cheaper from item shop.
2) You improve your character → kill metins faster/do higher dungeons → get more yang → improver your character faster → etc
3) Players from these regions keep buying DR as it is worth it for them, thus increasing the price of DR for everyone else
