As announced, **our investigations are over**. We have identified some accounts that have abused the voting system by using a VPN and **we have decided to permanently ban them**.

Investigations must be done this way, meticulously and accurately. As I have already said, **we do not ban anyone if we are not sure of guilt**. To do this it takes time, we are not a very large team, and we work to the best of our ability.

There is also great news for the next update, which will bring a patch for the voting system (and many other interesting things that I don't want to reveal now).

Managing a server takes time and effort and you can't even wait a day. Grow up :facepalm:

No communication has ever been changed. This just proves that you are lying for some reason.

The 24 hours were taken to understand what happened in detail. We do not ban without proof of guilt.

We still do not understand your desire for blood, at all costs, without having a certainty of guilt. Our intent is to create a non-toxic community, where players have fun. The fact that you are here after you stop playing, posting screenshots and telling lies, makes me glad you are no longer part of the community. We have never had as many players as in these days.

I think the reason a lot of people got upset is not because you took your time to make sure but because you said

I was reading the general channel on your discord server after your announcement and everyone was under the impression that only further violations will be punished. I am really happy you banned them and I will keep playing but that was a communication issue on your part.

Exakte Spieleranzahl im Game? überlege hier mit meiner Gilde anzufangen, da wir schon seid längerem nen 'schwierigen' Oldschool Server suchen und die meisten es nicht länger als 1 Monat schaffen da die Spieler alle weggehen ^^ Vorstellung sehr Solide, mir gefällt der Aspekt das P2W abgeschafft wurde, nur hätte ich mich über max. Level und Eq gefreut.

werde den Server derweil mal im Hinterkopf behalten.

Lad ihn dir runter und gucks dir selbst an. Jede Zahl die dir genannt wird, wird nicht stimmen ^^.

Have a bit free time the next Weeks, guess will test him out. The thing with the itemshop sounds nice. I can't play/stand all the p2w Servers anymore its just no fun + i like hard oldschool so guess that's a good Server for me.

Just one question, is the markt alive?

Server seems to be dead. Some problems, staff does not communicate and dont acknowledge or listen to high lvl problems and rather call thoose ppl "spoiled".
Server has a system called "Mpoints", they are obtained through quests, killing metins and bosses. There is a +- 14 lvl range when you can obtain the mpoints by killing stuff.

But if you are below -9 lvls of the bosse you get "unlucky drops" which are basicly worthless. Because of this system you cant really farm lvl 85/90 stones @75. Same goes for the bosses if yo uare lvl 61 or below you get almost nothing from them.

The mpoint system is the main way of grinding and playing, you buy stuff from IS with it like adders changer ect. So their System locks you out of playing metin 2 as you like and you are beeing FORCED to Lvl if you want to farm efficitvly taking away your freedom.

Playerbase is decreasing day by day we are around 200-300 players daily (from 500-700 weeks ago). Most high lvl player either quit the server or went on hiatus. The market economy is stale and almost nothing is being traded, players who farmed reaper cant even sell the chest or the items from it bc noone buys anything. Playing this server feels like playing completly on your own with almost no interaction with others, if you want any items you have to farm them yourself. I have 100kk in my pocket and there is absolutly nothing that I can buy with it, because there is nothing good beeing sold.

Server is not dead at all. Maybe high level players stopped playing but many new players are coming on daily basis. Saying that 200-300 players are online daily is just false statement because we cant see the numbers of online players, so dont lie about this. When you finally ask admins and they tell you there is 500 online players, you dont believe them. Thats only your problem but they are transparent with us in this. Noone is being forced to level up or anything like that, another lie.
High level content is not ideal but will be fixed in future, understand frustration that high level players have but spreading lies and trashtalking certain issues that dont exist is just very bad.
I definitely recommend this sever, update coming today fixing some stuff and presenting summer event. All players are welcommed.

Also ich persönlich kann den Server uneingeschränkt jedem weiterempfehlen, der Lust auf einen harten Oldschool hat. Der Server ist definitiv langfristig ausgelegt, sowohl was Gameplay als auch die Einstellung des Teams angeht.
Es kommen regelmäßig Patches, in denen Vorschläge der Spieler umgesetzt werden und es finden wöchentlich fast jeden Tag kleinere oder größere Events statt, die häufig von den GM's umgesetzt werden.
Daneben gibt es auch regelmäßig Discord Events mit Ingame Belohnungen, wie z.B. Nonogramme oder Kreuzworträtsel.

Die vielen negativen Bewertungen hier kommen überwiegend von Spielern, die entweder für Bug-Abuse gebannt wurden oder ohne das entsprechende EQ hochgelvlt haben und jetzt von Map2 Farmern outfarmed werden.

Tl;dr By far der beste Oldschool den ich bisher gespielt habe und ist mit Sicherheit ein langfristiges Projekt.

I was about to play the server but then someone told me you need to wait 8 days to get battle horse = delete Server.

Also why is nobody talking about that there is a coin miner installed?
