[Release] ResourceCheck Bypass

I already solved by myself, we need the new ressources4.hd for all ppl who s4 instant crash after xigncode loading.

why do I patternscan failed? then it disconnects when i press a server i made sure hash was updated tho :/

Fail Hash online , make sure you have network *facedesk,

it works on win 10
