Pokefarmer (Pokemon GO bot) with filters, proxy, devicing, strategies

At this point, we do not want to spread false information. Give us the time to figure out when these "bans" are triggered. There is not just one reason that triggers this. There a multiple reasons that leads to this situation. Anyways always be sure to keep the following guidelines: • Never use Pokefarmer and the real Pokemon GO app at the same time. • Never teleport insane distances. • If you want to teleport from Amsterdam to New York City, check a plane. How much hours would it need? Log off the game completly, wait and **then** teleport. • Do nothing with Pokefarmer that is not possible under real conditions.

• Changed: Improved usabiliy for some log messages.
• Changed: Disabled using an incubator for now because of security reasons. This feature gets a rework and is back very soon.
