Ok, I finally got it... after finally having a brain and realizing that I need to READ the other parts of this thread *Face palm*

I'm not sure what ALL The files I needed installed are, but it worked after I installed BOTH the x86 and the x64 versions of each c++ runtime. (If you are on 64 bit)

Also BEFORE you inject the .dll, ensure your character has ALL of their items UNEQUIPPED.

i no test ingame because i delete the codes of the skills xD

All of the versions from 2005-2015 x86 versions. x64 versions you might need as well if you are on a 64 bit machine.

For once before 2012 I think you needed the one that doesn't require Visual Studio (obviously) You can find them just by googling around.
