Maybe it's the language barrier but what you just wrote makes no sense.

Nothing wrong with writing a private server since it's the code you have written. Just keep that in mind before you use that argument. The game files itself are copyrighted by their respective owners but not the emulator. Developing an emulator is NOT illegal, DISTRIBUTING the client files is.
