How can i get perm and fp? I can't obtain core or cell, its always crafting 15 days and 10h

Yes, I mean how should Storm Rabbit work? You need 3 Rabbit Parts for that. You wont use them up, but you need them in inventory.
You always need the minimum requirements for the craft to work, which is not all the Gears, but Storm rabbit pieces in this case.
