Guys do NOT buy accounts from Crazy Gamer Network - they will SCAM YOU!

Here's what happened to me:

1. Bought account through the Crazy Gamer Network website on December 29th
2. Account did not arrive in the timeframe listed on the site, so I purchased an account through another website and sent in a ticket to CGN customer support asking for a refund.
3. My ticket is ignored, but the account arrives 36 hours later (website states it will arrive in 1 to 12 hours).
4. The login credentials to the account they send me do not work - the account is fake.
5. I send another email to support asking for a refund and inform them that I already bought another account because they did not deliver in time, not to mention the account they sent me doesn't even work. No response, again.
6. I send 5-6 emails over the next month, all with zero response from Crazy Gamer Network.
7. I open a dispute in PayPal, again they do not respond to the dispute.
8. I escalate the dispute in PayPal and am now awaiting response from PayPal. We'll see what happens. At the very least, I will call and inform PayPal that these assholes are scamming people and there are many complaints online. This is not the only place people are complaining about the Crazy Gamer Network scam.

If you have purchased an account from Crazy Gamer Network, I highly suggest you go into the Resolution Center in PayPal and open a dispute. You need to open it as a physical product though, not as a service or digital good.

If enough people start opening disputes against these scammers, they will get their account shut down. Do your part and report these lowlifes to PayPal. Gl!

Just an update on my status with these scammers.

I escalated my PayPal dispute to a claim and PayPal ruled in my favor after 3 days and I was refunded.

If you have not received your item from these scumbags, you NEED to oped a dispute in PayPal. This will help speed up the process of getting their account shut down for good, so they can't continue to scam people.

Here's how to open a dispute if you don't know how:

1. Go to the Resolution Center in PayPal and choose "Report a Problem."
2. Then, select the transaction from Crazy Gamer Network and hit "Continue."
3. Choose "I have a problem with an item I purchased."
4. Select "I haven't received my item."
5. Select "Other tangible goods." You need to select this because PayPal has issues with virtual goods, sometimes.
6. Submit the dispute and immediately escalate it to a claim. PayPal advises that you work things out with the seller first, but since CGN has the world's worst customer service and doesn't reply to messages because they are scamming cowards, you'll never hear from them. So just escalate it.
7. You should hear back from PayPal in a few days. It's supposed to take a week to hear back on their ruling, but I heard back from them in just 3 days and received a refund. I'm imagining this is because CGN is receiving many disputes at the moment and close to getting their account shut down.

In the mean time, I ask that this thread be shut down by the admins. There are over 10 pages of people saying they have not received accounts, received fake accounts (login didn't work) and overall terrible service from Crazy Gamer Network.

There are also complaints all over the internet saying the same thing - on their YouTube videos, on their blogs, everywhere. It's now in the hands of Elite PvPers to protect the community by shutting this thread down.

Crazy Gamer Network has scammed at least 50-100 people via this thread and hundreds elsewhere. Please do the right thing.

They will never reply to you. They don't answer emails. I think you're kinda screwed if you used a PaySafe card, unfortunately. I don't know how they do refunds on those.

well but many users told me they use it and dont got scamm tehy got an acocutns hwo this can happend and so many scammed btw if u crazygamer network on ggogle its say eu west out fo stock for 1-2 weeks maybe this a reason or they rpoofed scammers ?

Did you read the comments on this thread? Crazy Gamer Network is scamming people out of accounts and taking their money. You should have done some research on them, first. Probably won't get it.
