on hamachi ( for TUT look--> [Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...] ) or port forwarding (port 80 to come on the site, 8080 4444 and the other i forget;P ;)

make sure you have java 7 instaled

do you have skype open? try without skype and run xampp as admin if you have problems with ports. or make this setting which is in front page with errors
