Amher,where is your SQL Server installed at ?

I had the same problem regarding missing databases because my SQL Server was installed at Disk F: after reinstalling SQL Server to Disk C: Everything worked fine...Hope this helps.

Regarding that the services start and the pause look at the post above yours.

Sorry for double posting but ZS could you give any info on the gm tool ?
What ports are needed to be open to connect if i have a router ?
Any register script around ?

Also could anyone share a clean game.exe ?

Or maybe a working link to a normal clean client ?

It's installed as much default as possible - disk C: :)

The "post above mine" looks fine, but I tried it and can't connect...it says something like "cannot connect, can by caused by the fact that default setting does not alow remote connection"

Amher i told you to look up,but specialy for you...here you go.

If when you type 127.0.0.1 at the server name and click connect it gives you an error do the next thing...Click Start>All Programms>Microsoft SQL Server>Configuratioon Tools>SQL Server Surface Area Configuration a new window shall open,Click on Surface Area Configuration For Services and Connections On the left youll see an explore window Click on Remote Connections then tick the Local And Remote connections and select "Useing Both TCP/IP and Named Pipes option Click ok and try again.

I seem to have some problems with the PSMServer_ServiceMgr.exe
I followed ur steps and everything worked just fine til this one. Here's a pic:

PSM_SerivceAgent doesnt need to be installed via that app. Follow the directions on page one and your server should work as long as you meet the basic guidelines [or equivical] without much issue. :rtfm: [can we get an RTFD one maybe ....]

I do note on Windows XP x64 Professional SP 2 it works [though it is based from WinServ 2003 if i recall not normal XP], and some minor difficulty with a few of the dbo procedures in the PS_GameData database Chars and Charitems which due to minor capital/lowercase on variables would force crashes. Minor work [and not much experience with sql/ms sql is needed].

all the items?
mob drops?
Or just the world and code in your own scripts/mob etc?

I have the same problem as many persons I read here (I read 13 pages on 24, I tried to find the answer by myself).

What do I have to do while all the ">" turn back to "II" after I clicked "Start All Server Services" ?

This is most likely caused because the services cannot connect to the SQL server. Make sure you can connect to the server via the IP and login info you provided.

Alls mobs exist through the end of EP3, not all map portals work though. This includes the as of yet implemented Sky City. Oblivion Island [Oblivion Insula] mobs do not exist [if you actually find and add the map it will spawn AZ mobs instead]. CT another map that does not work, has all the mobs but the portal itself does not work thus its just a matter of getting the map to work

Yes, in terms of normal game items. I have not seen rare stuff from the holiday patches although I have yet to complete the translation work on the Items dbo.
It does have some rare things already within the item.dbo, many nosses that are not available, LVL 6 stat Lapis, MAX stat lapis, the full Debuff Lapis set, as well as the ANTIdebuff lapis set.

AFAIK this is as close to the DBs/Server files that AG uses as we will technically get for the EP 3 material

This is most likely the closest you will get to the 1 click server emulator.

It seems like Google isn't my friend...I can't find any clue about how to know I can connect the server =/

Open your SQL server management studio. At the login screen set it to the IP your giving it to use for the server patch config [should be 127.0.0.1 if your following instructions]. Make sure SQL Server Authentication is selected, and type in the the username [Shaiya], and password [Shaiya123].
