I use OOG 10.9.7 and never had my chars baned.
i have 6 chars till now, well i dont bot 24/7.
I think the reason your chars banned not because the gameguard or else, because if it true then my chars have been banned right now. The cautious thing is the way you run your bot. for example, if :
1. You bot in the same place for a long time
2. Your bot dead still remain and dont back to the town
3. Your bot kill other players mons
4. Your bot take the others drop
5. Your bot try to kill a mons that spawn over a tree/rock
6. Your bot stuck on a tree/rock when run into a mons
7. Your bot try to heal by sitting down while be attacked by mons
8. Your bot dont reply when another player try to chat/ask you
9. Your bot dont react or talk when another player hit you
10.etc
if a player get you in above condition then he will report you to GM and started that time you will be watched by the GM or the GM try to examine your char behaviour, i dont know, but congratz.
Nowaday more people aware that Indo server have growing number of bot so they will suspicious when see a player do so fast hunt. I have experienced my self, when i hunting in breka a kamael run to me and suddenly ask "kk",
fortunetely that time i was configuring my bot option so i aware and reply "ya?" and then he reply "Oh kirain bot" and then he gone while shouting a players name (not mine) tell him that he was a bot, maybe he find bot before he ask me. Since that i leave breka and move to other hunt spot.
Btw that was in Bartz, when the load of players playing in that server is still a small number means your bot have a small chance meet the other players in the same spot. I dont now in Sieghardt, probably it much worse.
I hope not or i'm just paranoid, but probably the GM or their members DO watch this thread to know how bot in Indo server progress, so they can do preventive act.

But even if it's true... i keep bots, not just bots, but SMART BOTS! :D
