I was thinking this server would be ksro sv files, low rates like 5x or 10x , and not overedited. :(

I'm still trying to figure that out myself. Perhaps it's the fact being that people will have to put out effort to get a good set and they can't bot 24/7 for it.
It's a well-known fact that many EPVP users suffer from down syndrome so they're most likely confused from all of the changes.

Don't worry, the gear you start with is, as Haze said, SoS+3 but he missed to add that it has 100% STR/INT and 100% White Stats as well (Aside Blocking Rate and Critical Chance).
You're supposed to be able to PvP, Job and hunt uniques right from the start.

Basic equipment for each Cap was placed into NPC's with none of Blues/Whites enhancements in order to leave them the chance on trying their luck on alchemy when they've acquired their first gold.
