2) He already said that he doesn't know how to do it, and nobody ever did it. (Fly tried doing it on Salvation, he said it was hardcoded, and I too think it is)

Edit: Just one more thing. If you could reduce the gold amount we get from trades. Otherwise, inflation will eat the server's economy and 6 5* trades for the best weapon in game? That's low. If you want your server to be job based, people should go and trade daily. As I already said, we were trading on Salvation almost on a daily basis, there were even time when we were doing 5-6 hours of trades per day. At current rate, we should be able to get full set and weapons in a week or so, and people will get bored of the server soon.
Also, one more thing. When you get to the job lvl 7 and 99%, your job exp changes to
-99% and you start losing job exp, meaning that weekly and all time top 50 jobbers list will be f**ked up. I suggest making trades 5* giving us ~20 mill per trade run and I suggest increasing the price of SoM items. I know that most of the people here will probably hate me for this suggestion, but I don't really care, EPvpers community has been known for its laziness.
Edit2: I just calculated, and, with current rates and prices, it will take us ~45 5* trades to get fully geared (that's for wizard/cleric: staff + cleric rod + shield + 4 accs + 6 gear parts). Considering that every trade run lasts for ~20 minutes (that's the average for normal players, we hardcore jobbers are much better at this), it would take us ~15 hours of trading for full gear, which isn't really a lot.
