KBot CC isn't opening for me, wtf?

look in your program tray in your task bar at bottom right of your computer screen. when you open mah bot it automatically opens.

i have a problem, the bot start good but when i the bot jump to another map the bot just freeze and i cant do nothing!! help pls and sorry fot the bad english
