Got the same Problem and my BitTorrent is bugged so what should i do?

You need to push for a direct line 100mbit. Trust me on this dude. But anyone can easily put 13d items in their server. Want to impress me build up the 13d map and add monsters to it. ^^

Im Going to do a little bug report :P

1.Item Mall dosen't works anymore
2.If you are 110+ and Press [M] and look where you schould level (Press this little button bottom right) your will get an Crash.
3.I never Saw that any Uniques Spawned they are there but it doesent schow it to us. Saw it ;)
4.If i want to destroy 12DG Items to get Advanced Elixir it wont work.

5.This is Only an Request for me--- I bought an 13DG Item and after 2 Days they are in NPC +10 my is +5 is there a way to Change it?
