you have a risk of getting banned using any bot

As J3r1co said, you can be banned if handgriding too due GM use several ways to define a user as a bot, not only the direct contact.
However stealthlite have the same possibilities to be detected of isrobot or agbot due a sure way to define a bot that work 100% don't exists.

can u get the packet when GM pm you or stand next to you or something to prevent that kinda stuff ?

Your bot release is outdated, download the last release and all will come back to work properly.

Due the near to non-existence of GM we have problem to record packets regarding GM so sly2 asked to all users to start our packet recorder (thanks nymble) to obtain that data.
