1.Fiddler
2.Cheat Engine 6.0 or 6,1
3.Browser

Procedure
Open BYM
Open Fiddler
Open CE

when fiddler is open and BYM move some building and it will save
now in the left side u will see the new process and highlight it

Inspectors>Webforms>

Scroll down and find the word locker

Now go to CE and change 4 bytes to double
check memory

copy the number you find in the fiddler and scan it u will see 1 address
double click it change the value to 1 and walaaaa its done unlocking
