You're not a noob considering you could make your own program that works?
X-Ray, WallShoot, and Iinfinite Spare the one's I've used the most with no problems. Speed Hack and and Ghost Mode work too, although I am tired of falling through the stage LOL.
Probably something technical. Try not using it, and that will reducde the lag.
