[Release] MNG 4.0 Private with full pake bypass

I'm just gonna say one thing..

Most of you are pretty stupid, and in the words of Sebastien Grillmaier.. YOU'RE DOING IT WRONG.

There's a much simpler way to bypass the detection on Dinput8 >_>

Here is an idea, rename pake to dinput8.dll :D. Yay it's working now
And when you get in here is a packet to use 00004a6b0000

Duh. He's trolling all of you, medley. Pake.dll is dinput8, but it was fixed to function under the name Pake, thus you just break it by renaming it.

yeah, i figured pake.dll was dinput8.dll

but as i always say: "it doesn't hurt to try"
