So anyways, I've just been on a walk to a pizza place, had a couple of slices of pizza, some chips and had a few drinks of JD+Coke with my best mate, I'm about to go to bed and make love to my beautiful girlfriend before going to sleep. And I'll wake up in the morning, go on a 15 mile run, go in the shower, and head to work.
