At SROKEY they mentioned something about new IP and host,so maybe you are trying to access old server which is most likely going to be shutdown and they're making some last preparations before doing so.

Yeah,this client is universal.
It works for SWSRO,SWSRO2 and SWSRO3.

If I remember correctly,with PK2 fix there's server switcher built in launcher so you can choose which server you want to connect to just by one click.
