It have to be a VMware configure.. you dont have something ekstra enabled?
The firewall bug i still see it sometimes, but happends when lol bugs at loading, u know when it takes forever and get stuck at loading ect...

The NHC bot need some things enabled to run, u might try disable shared folders, and do you got "virtualize intel" enabled by accident under processor?

I have virtualize intel disabled and shared folders enabled, ill go disabled shared folders but i think shared folder are not the problem :(

If it doesnt move ingame... can you check if you can rightclick at all ingame, had that prob. with another >.<

I think its better to run Win7. Mainly coz windows XP after some a day or so , crashes. And in general it should be better to run Windows 7. My opinion.. :)
