Private Silkroad Chit-Chat I

I guess we'll find out what the game really is like when a few elitepvpers get access to the beta (lesderid, etc) and hopefully they'll livestream it. But, that still doesn't mean anything it's a CLOSED BETA which is basically the alpha of the game. I'm still awaiting the final preview screenshots / trailer / gameplay before I officially rate this game :)

there is no game that has the same "boss" system, not to mention ye ol'triangular conflict
a SRO-2 could bring all these element and more, specially since SRO is a decade old game
about the companies: if the game is on dev, there is a website and it hasnt been taken down, i can assume Joymax is behind this as well

Unfortunately copyright in China doesn't really work like that; Also making 'similar' games is not illegal, otherwise we wouldn't have LoL & HoN, or even CoD & BF ;)

I personally believe this has nothing to do with joymax or SRO, though I might be wrong, I'd like to see confirmation from a real source, not just guesses and google translate

This game is not just similar, it clearly incorporates several concepts from Silkroad ranging from the look of the mobs to the concept of trading, and the races.

I do get your point about this being made in China, but for me, the fact that csro was closed down because this one opens instead, clearly means that Joymax has at least something to do with it. After all, csro was licensed by Joymax. That is a very real source, right there :)

Totally agree with above, but, they might just be closing it for no reason, they didn't state any reason why they closed it.
